David J. Kim

David J. Kim, Esq., earned his Juris Doctor in 2014 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. While in law school, David interned for the Department of Justice, Fraud Section in Washington D.C., and also successfully argued for the granting of asylum at federal immigration court as part of the Immigrants' Rights Clinic at Columbia Law School.

David graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2009.

David was admitted to the New York Bar in 2015 and to the California Bar in 2022. David is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and Southern District of California.

David's experiences include extensive litigation practice from dispositive motion hearings to trial and advising companies on labor law, intellectual property, and regulatory considerations.
